Job Description
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to engage decision-makers in target accounts
Work closely with Account-Based Marketers to align outreach efforts with ABM campaigns
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for sales teams
Provide report to the marketing team on account insights, analytics and campaign effectiveness
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system – MS Dynamics
Contribute to the refinement of ideal customer profiles and target account lists
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing and product strategies
Stay updated on industry intel and trends relevant to all Maxis offerings, including Clinical Research, Data Analytics, Digital Health, Drug R&D, RWE, RWD, HEOR, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, etc.
Participate in the development and refinement of sales playbooks that align with ABM strategies
Engage with targeted clients and prospects, adjusting work hours as necessary to accommodate EST or Europe time zones
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales development, preferably in the clinical research or life sciences industry
Demonstrated success in an account-based selling environment
Familiarity with social selling techniques, especially on LinkedIn and other professional networking platform
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions
Resilient and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Knowledge of the clinical research, healthcare IT, or digital health industry is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate EST or Europe time zones
