Develop and implement ABM strategies for targeted pharma, biopharma, biotech, life sciences and healthcare companies
Collaborate with the content developer to create personalized content and strategize campaigns for targeted accounts
Utilize and optimize our centralized marketing tech stack primarily HubSpot, to execute and track ABM campaigns
Design and manage cross-brand drip campaigns for targeted accounts, ensuring consistent messaging across all Maxis offerings
Work closely with the Graphic Designer & Web Development Specialist to create effective, brand-consistent landing pages and other visual assets for ABM campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed insights and analytics to improve ABM strategies
Coordinate closely with Account-Based SDRs to ensure alignment of AMB and sales efforts
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing and product strategies
Stay updated on industry intel and trends relevant to all Maxis offerings, including Clinical Research, Data Analytics, Digital Health, Drug R&D, RWE, RWD, HEOR, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, etc.
Participate in the development and refinement of sales playbooks that align with ABM strategies
Engage with targeted clients and prospects, adjusting work hours as necessary to accommodate EST or Europe time zones
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the clinical research or life sciences industry
Proven track record in account-based marketing
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot, MS Dynamics, etc.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive insights from cross-brand campaign data
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with email marketing, social media campaigns, and digital advertising platforms
Knowledge of the clinical trials ecosystem, clinical analytics, or digital health sectors is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate EST or Europe time zones
